Carma Launch Event marks key milestone in Partnership with Bidfood UAE

The recent Carma Launch Event celebrated a significant milestone in the growing partnership between Carma and Bidfood UAE. Hosted at the prestigious Chocolate Academy in Dubai, the event provided an exclusive opportunity for over 40 pastry chefs to experience the delicious Carma range, showcased through a custom workshop led by the talented Chef Leon Krohn from the Carma team. 

The event highlighted an exceptional selection of Carma products, including:

• Cocoa Butter & Powder 
• Toppings and Sauces 

Chef Leon Krohn curated a series of five exquisite pastry recipes to demonstrate the versatility and quality of the Carma range. These recipes included: 

• Coffee & Caramel Bonbon 
• Volcanic Chocolate & Praliné Choux 
• Caramel & Hazelnut Waffle 
• Chocolate & Hazelnut Cake 

The launch event not only introduced the Carma range to our customers but also offered an interactive, hands-on experience where chefs had the chance to see how these products can elevate their own creations. This was truly a memorable event, reinforcing the strong collaboration between Carma and Bidfood UAE while celebrating the art of pastry.
